According to UATV: A Russian military attack on the city of Kharkiv and its surrounding region has left 11 people wounded, two of whom are children, according to regional governor Oleh Syniehubov. The assault also damaged 10 residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure sites. In a separate incident on February 24, Russian forces launched an 'Iskander-M' ballistic missile at Ukrainian territory.
