Russian troops attacked Kharkiv
On Thursday, July 24, Russian troops launched an attack on the city of Kharkiv. The attack targeted one of the high-rise buildings, resulting in several residents getting into a difficult situation.
The mayor Ihor Terekhov reported this on his channel in the messaging app Telegram.
