Russia has once again attacked the gas infrastructure: what are the consequences for Ukrainians.
According to inkorr.com: Last night, Russia once again attacked Ukraine's gas infrastructure, as reported by 'Glavkom' citing 'Naftogaz'.
Last night, the enemy carried out another large-scale combined attack on the facilities of the Naftogaz Group. Dozens of missiles (including ballistic ones) and hundreds of drones 'Shaheds' struck civilian facilities that supply gas and heat to Ukrainians,' the statement said.
As a result of the attack, four company employees were injured, and destruction was recorded in several regions, leading to a temporary halt in the operations of some critical facilities.
Such strikes directly affect the volumes of domestic gas production, which the company is forced to partially compensate through imports,' the statement noted.
Previous Attacks
Recall that on the night of October 16, the Russian terrorist army attacked the energy infrastructure of 'DTEK Naftogaz' with drones and missiles, resulting in the shutdown of gas production facilities in the Poltava region.
That day, Russian forces launched over 300 drones and 37 missiles at Ukraine, hitting energy and civilian facilities.
The situation with attacks on Ukraine's gas infrastructure remains critical. Continuous strikes by the Russian army directly affect gas production in the country, forcing companies to implement imports to cover losses. These events pose serious consequences for Ukraine's energy stability.
