According to inkorr.com: The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported updated losses of the Russian military as of the morning of Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

Since the beginning of the war with Ukraine, Russia has suffered the following losses as of October 21:

  • personnel — about 1,132,200 (+1,130) individuals;
  • tanks — 11,278 (+8) units;
  • armored combat vehicles — 23,436 (+37) units;
  • artillery systems — 33,902 (+23) units;
  • MLRS — 1,524 (+0) units;
  • air defense systems — 1,229 (+0) units;
  • airplanes — 428 (+0) units;
  • helicopters — 346 (+0) units;
  • tactical drones — 72,600 (+235) units;
  • cruise missiles — 3,864 (+0) units;
  • ships/boats — 28 (+0) units;
  • submarines — 1 (+0) units;
  • automotive vehicles and fuel tankers — 65,026 (+134) units;
  • special equipment — 3,980 (+0) units;

It is worth noting that the full-scale war in Ukraine has now entered its 1,336th day.

As of October 21, 2025, Russian occupation forces have suffered significant losses both in military equipment and personnel.
