According to TSN.ua: Russian Federation forces launched a missile strike on Kharkiv, employing 'Izdeliye-30' missiles. The attack, which occurred around 1:40 AM, resulted in extensive destruction across the city and civilian casualties, including two children. According to reports, three separate missile impacts were recorded, damaging:
- 19 residential buildings,
