According to TSN.ua: Russian forces have begun conducting more frequent daytime attacks using strike drones in Ukraine's Mykolaiv region, significantly increasing the danger to civilians. The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, reported this tactical shift by the enemy, which poses a direct threat to local residents. These assaults on the region are being carried out with Iranian-made 'Shahed' type unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This change marks a notable escalation, as such drones were previously used primarily under cover of darkness.

Critical and transport infrastructure in the city of Mykolaiv and the Voznesensk district has been targeted by these drones. Despite the heightened threat, there have been no reported casualties so far. Vitaliy Kim emphasized that the new enemy tactics raise the risk that debris from downed drones could fall on urban areas or their outskirts.

Sharing such information could provide valuable intelligence to the enemy for adjusting subsequent strikes.
