Russia implements military education for children: what is known about the new ideology.
In Russia, ideological education for children is becoming a state policy, covering all levels of education from kindergartens to colleges. According to inkorr.com: Starting from October 2024, following an order from Russian President Vladimir Putin, education for children in the context of 'basic values of the Russian state' and encouragement for military service will begin. Notable increases in the number of cadet groups for children aged 4 to 7 years are observed in various regions.

Children in the new programs gain knowledge about military drills, martial arts, and become familiar with weapons and bulletproof vests. They also have the opportunity to meet with 'heroes of the Ground Forces', which may include individuals with criminal records.
