The occupiers have suspended train traffic in Sumy region: what the authorities are doing.
According to inkorr.com: The occupiers have complicated communication with the frontline regions. Due to problems on the tracks, train traffic in the direction of Sumy and Chernihiv has been suspended. This information was confirmed by the head of the Sumy OVA, Oleg Hryhorov, for 'Hromadske'.
“Passengers are safe. We are constantly coordinating our actions with 'Ukrzaliznytsia' and local communities to respond quickly to the situation and assist people,”- the official message states.
Involvement of additional transport for passengers
To ensure passenger transportation, additional buses have been provided by local communities. Transfers to Konotop, Shostka, and Sumy have also been organized.
“Various services are working together and responsibly, guaranteeing safety for all passengers and delivering them to their destinations,”- Hryhorov summarized.
Users from Sumy and Chernihiv regions faced temporary difficulties due to complications on the tracks. However, thanks to the joint efforts of various services and local communities, an effective solution has been found, allowing passengers to safely reach their destinations.
Despite the difficulties, such measures indicate the coherence in the work of local authorities and transport services. Joint actions allow for quick responses to emergencies and ensure passenger safety under challenging conditions. The situation is still under control, and the authorities are taking all possible measures to mitigate the consequences.
