Shelling of Kharkiv on October 12

According to inkorr.com: On the evening of October 12, Russian invaders shelled Kharkiv, particularly in the Shevchenkivskyi district. Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that explosions were heard near residential buildings.

Initial reports of the shelling came in around 21:30, and later information confirmed two more strikes that damaged windows in several residential buildings. There is currently no information on casualties; rescuers continue to assess the consequences of the attacks.

Recall that on the night of October 7, Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv with drones. The Industrial district of the city was hit, resulting in a fire.

The situation at the front

According to the data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 123 combat clashes occurred on October 12. Ukrainian defense forces are actively working to thwart the plans of the occupiers and reduce their combat potential.

During the hostilities, Russians continue to shell Kharkiv, leaving destruction behind and deepening panic among local residents. Ukrainian soldiers are fiercely defending the city and carrying out tasks to repel enemy attacks.
