Russia has changed its war tactics: drones are attacking civilian objects
According to inkorr.com: Russian forces have significantly improved the use of drones, which now not only target military depots and roads, but also attack civilian transport and facilities. The main goal of these attacks is to disrupt the enemy's logistics routes and destroy the foundations of the Ukrainian forces.
“Ukrainian military officials admit that they lack resources for full coverage of the roads, and even radars worth millions of dollars only cover a few dozen kilometers,” the publication notes.
In addition to large convoys and depots, drones are attempting to hit minibuses, cars, and even civilians. The nets used against drones do not provide reliable protection, as drone operators skillfully maneuver to avoid captures.
Attacks on Kyiv region and Zaporizhzhia: one person injured
Recently, enemy attacks escalated to a new level. Instances have been recorded in several districts of the Kyiv region and Zaporizhzhia. As a result of an attack in the Kyiv region, one person was injured, but hospitalization was not necessary.
During the shelling, fires broke out, cars and private houses were damaged. Fortunately, the number of injured or affected did not increase.
Russian military forces are expanding the scope of the war, increasingly using drones to attack civilian objects. This poses serious threats to both Ukrainian military personnel and the civilian population. The Ukrainian authorities must remain alert to protect their territories from new challenges.
