Russia attacked Zhytomyr region at night: Ukrzaliznytsia canceled suburban trains.
According to ТСН: During the night of January 13, Russian troops again attacked several areas of the Zhytomyr region, particularly the Korostensky and Zviagelsky districts. At this time, there is no information about casualties or injuries.
The head of the Zhytomyr regional military administration, Vitaliy Bunechko, reported:
“The enemy continues to attack the critical infrastructure of Zhytomyr region. Last night, several facilities in the Korostensky and Zviagelsky districts came under fire.”
He also noted that rescuers are working to extinguish the fire caused by the strike. In addition, specialists are inspecting the area for explosive devices.

Due to the security situation, today, January 13, some suburban trains in Zhytomyr region will temporarily not operate.
