Russian troops are nearly in the center of Vuhledar.

Active combat operations are currently taking place in the center of Vuhledar, and invaders from Russia have nearly reached the city center. This was stated by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, during a telethon.
Vadym Filashkin reported that 107 people are currently in the city, but children have been successfully evacuated. However, due to active combat operations, delivering humanitarian aid, including drinking water and medicines, is complicated.
The humanitarian situation in Vuhledar is very difficult, but this is not the only area where similar problems arise. For example, the delivery of aid is also complicated in Toretsk, where about one and a half thousand people reside, most of whom are unwilling to leave their homes.
Russian troops continue to actively advance in several directions. They recently entered Vuhledar from two sides.
