According to inkorr.com: A Russian shelling occurred in Kharkiv, resulting in one death and nine injuries. The strike targeted a kindergarten and neighboring buildings in the Kholodnoyarskyi district of the city.
As a result of the attack, six cars, a store, a cafe, and an office building were seriously damaged. Three fires broke out, with the largest fire concentrated at the kindergarten, where 48 children were present at the time of the strike, who were promptly evacuated.
A large number of rescuers, medics, police officers, and volunteers were involved in eliminating the aftermath of the attack.
The President of Ukraine expressed his outrage regarding these events.
The Russian side claims that this shelling is a response to alleged terrorist acts committed by Ukraine on its territory.
This tragedy highlights a turning point in the Ukrainian conflict, raising concerns about the safety of the civilian population.
