Russians are changing tactics in the Pokrovsk direction: why they refused to use armored vehicles

According to inkorr.com: Russian armed formations continue to implement the strategy of small assault groups in the Pokrovsk direction, but have reduced the use of armored vehicles. Instead, Ukrainian soldiers are attacked by small infantry teams without any cover.

“The enemy continues to powerfully attempt to storm with small groups, pressing. They do not care about their manpower, sending more and more people. Equipment is not used, and they just try to pass through the fields and thickets in small groups of stormtroopers,” said the representative of the 25th Airborne Brigade.

Ukrainian soldiers have already adapted to the anti-drone cloaks used by the enemy and know how to detect and counter this tactic.

Cooperation of Ukrainian forces in repelling enemy attacks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that Russian troops have concentrated their efforts in the Pokrovsk direction, where they are suffering heavy losses. Ukrainian troops continue to carry out their tasks in Donetsk and hold the defense.

“In total, along the front, only in the eight months of this year, the Russians have lost more than 290,000 of their troops killed and severely wounded. They have suffered the greatest losses in Donetsk, while not achieving any of their strategic objectives. Stabilization measures are ongoing in some sections of the front,” the head of state stated.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine refuted the report of the head of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, calling it 'outright lies.' According to the data from the Ukrainian General Staff, Russian troops have not gained control over any major city.

Our troops continue to defend their positions, adapting to the enemy's new tactical approaches. Over the past months, Russian forces have suffered significant losses, while Ukrainian troops successfully repel attacks on various fronts.

In the current combat conditions, it is important for Ukrainian forces to maintain concentration and readiness for new challenges. The situation along the front remains tense, but the efforts of the Ukrainian military to counter the enemy are doing their job, restraining aggression and ensuring stability in the region.
