Forecasters warned that on July 23, rain is expected in Kharkiv and the region, occasionally with thunderstorms and hail. Additionally, gale-force winds with gusts of 15-20 m/s will hit the area. The air temperature in the region during the day will range from +17 to +22 °C, and at night +26 to +31 °C. In Kharkiv, the thermometers will show +19 to +21 °C at night, and +26 to +28 °C during the day.
