Complaint about VLK Result - Where to Submit.
If a conscript citizen or military serviceman has received what he believes to be an illegal decision from the military medical commission, he can contest it. Complaints can be submitted to two different instances.

The VLK Decision is Incorrect - What to Do
A citizen approached lawyers and complained about what he believed to be an incorrect decision of the military medical commission.
The citizen, who stated that he was recorded as healthy despite injuries on the front line and a large number of shrapnel that were not removed from his body, inquired how he could counteract the VLK decision.
Lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan explained: 'If you disagree with the conclusion of the VLK, it should be contested.'
Where to Submit Complaints about the VLK Decision
The lawyer specified where exactly to send complaints regarding the work of the military medical commission.
Aivazyan emphasized: 'Complaints are sent either to a higher-level VLK or to the court.'
The complaint must specify all justified claims against the military medical commission.
