The suspect targeted men already raising two children, offering to falsify records by adding a fictitious third child into state databases. He also promised to ensure this fabricated information appeared in the popular Ukrainian apps 'Diia' and 'Reserve+'.
Posing as a lawyer, the individual exploited his assumed position to carry out illegal activities. He has now been officially charged under Article 332, Part 3 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code for facilitating the illegal transportation of persons across the state border.
