July Brings Extra 10,000 Hryvnias for Ukrainian Troops: Payment Breakdown.
Additional 10,000 UAH for Military Personnel in July
According to Novyny.live: In July 2023, service members will receive a supplementary reward of 10,000 hryvnias for rear-area duties performed in June. This sum will be disbursed together with the bonus for direct involvement in combat operations. These payments are part of Ukraine's ongoing efforts to support its armed forces amid the war with Russia.
Bonuses tied to combat actions and rewards for capturing enemy soldiers will be processed once unit commanders issue the relevant orders. Under Order No. 260 from Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, a three-day window is allowed to confirm assault operations. Payments for eliminating enemy personnel will be made after verification through the 'Delta' system.
Expanded Kill Zone for Russian Forces
Additionally, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have extended the kill zone for Russian troops on the front line to a range of 30-40 kilometers. This measure aims to boost the effectiveness of frontline operations and provide greater security for Ukrainian soldiers.
This latest financial incentive underscores the critical role of military service and combat participation, while also highlighting the state's commitment to supporting troops under challenging conditions. The expanded kill zone for the adversary may reflect how Ukrainian forces are adapting to new battlefield demands, thereby improving their chances of successfully executing combat missions.
