Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan advised that to cancel the search by the Territorial Center for Recruitment, a citizen can file a lawsuit in court or use extrajudicial options to resolve the issue. He cited the example of a citizen who wanted to remove the search for her son and turned to lawyers for consultation. The lawyer explained that there are three possible ways to remove the TCC search. The first is to appeal in court the entered data about the violation. In addition to the judicial path, there are two more options: submitting a request to the TCC to remove the data or acknowledging the violation and paying the fine through 'Reserve+'. It is worth remembering that depending on the violations, automatic removal from the search may not occur.
