According to Novyny.live: A soldier serving with the Ukrainian Armed Forces (ZSU) has been fined for assaulting a civilian in the Odesa region. The altercation between the serviceman and the civilian occurred on November 25, 2025, in the Rozdilna district. During the incident, the soldier struck the civilian multiple times, resulting in minor injuries to the victim.
The accused in the case is a native of the village of Slobidka in the Rozdilna district. At the time of the incident, he was serving in the Air Assault Forces of the ZSU. After reviewing the circumstances, the court imposed a fine of 1,700 hryvnias (approximately 40 USD). This case highlights the ongoing legal accountability for military personnel even during a period of national defense.
