In a brief statement, Dmitriev characterized discussions with businessman and diplomat Steve Witkoff, as well as with President Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, as 'constructive.'

'Discussions are proceeding constructively,' Dmitriev told reporters.

According to him, the negotiations are taking place in Miami and began on Friday. They are expected to continue on Saturday and Sunday according to local time.
