Thanks @SandraSmithFox @AmericaRpts for having me on today. Sandra always gets to the heart of an issue as she did at the close-underestimate President-elect Trump at your peril and never underestimate the United states of America. pic.twitter.com/oV7lJILpWs

In an interview with Fox News, Kellogg noted that all decisions regarding Ukraine will be made after Trump takes office. 'I will not make any statements on this matter as it depends on the decisions of President-elect Trump,' the general said.
He also mentioned that Trump will focus on the economy and border issues, which are critically important, but he will also take into account his international commitments, including Ukraine.
The Global Nature of the Conflict in Ukraine
Kellogg stated that the conflict in Ukraine has become global in nature as countries like North Korea, Iran, China, and Russia are involved.
He also commented on the Biden administration's actions to support Ukraine during the last 50 days of the presidency, believing that this creates opportunities for Trump to make influential decisions in the future.
In conclusion, Kellogg emphasized that Moscow needs to understand who Donald Trump is and that the United States of America and Trump are not just him, but a whole country.
