Standing to defend Ukraine since the first days of the war. Let's remember Boris Tushakovsky.

Every day at 9 AM, Ukrainians honor the memory of all those whose lives were taken by the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today we remember Boris Tushakovsky.
While performing a combat mission in the Zaporizhzhia region on February 2, 2025, soldier
Tushakovsky Boris Oleksandrovych from the village of Balki, Bugayiv districtwas killed. This was reported by the Radiviliv community.
Boris Tushakovsky was born on May 2, 1981, a graduate of Radiviliv Lyceum No. 2 (during his studies, Radiviliv Secondary School No. 2 named after P.G. Strizhak), a gold medalist of the 1998 graduation.
In the past, he was a civil servant, having worked for a long Time at the Radiviliv District State Administration as the chief specialist of the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Housing, and Infrastructure of the then administration.
After the dissolution of the district administration during the decentralization reform in Ukraine, he was employed at the Radiviliv Furniture Factory.
Boris Tushakovsky was called to military service in March 2022 by the Second Department of Dubno RTC and SP.
He died on February 2, 2025, while performing a combat mission near the settlement of Primorske in the Zaporizhzhia region during military operations on the territory of Ukraine.
To prayerfully support the family and bid farewell to the defender for eternal rest, villagers, relatives, friends, former colleagues, clergy, representatives of the local government, and his comrades in arms gathered.
The funeral service was held at the Church of Saint Alexander Nevsky.
As noted in the post-prayer sermon by Father Vyacheslav (Demchuk), Boris was a very responsible and conscientious Christian and a deeply believing person. He was a member of the church choir and often participated in Christian pilgrimages. Thus, the entire spiritual community sincerely prayed for the Heavenly Kingdom of his soul and bitterly mourned a good and bright person, a kind and loving husband and father, who will forever remain so in the memory of all who knew, loved, and respected him.
At the public cemetery in the city of Radiviliv, representatives of the Second Department of Dubno RTC and SP, in accordance with the military burial ceremony, presented the State Flag of Ukraine to the wife of the fallen, Natalia Pavlivna, under which the defender heroically held the defense of his native land.
The hero left behind two minor daughters aged four and six, a wife, and an older brother.
Voices go into eternity
«Glavkom» joins in a moment of silence. We honor the memory of all Ukrainians who died in the struggle for their homeland. We remember the fallen at the hands of Russian invaders, light candles of remembrance, and bow our heads in sorrow during the nationwide minute of silence, honoring the bright memory of citizens of Ukraine who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of the state: all military personnel, civilians, and children, all those who perished in the fight against Russian occupiers and as a result of the attack of enemy troops on Ukrainian cities and villages.
