On the search system X, the page of world boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk was hidden after he addressed Donald Trump about the release of Ukrainian prisoners of war.

According to reports, users cannot find the boxer's account through a search query on the social network. This applies to both foreign and Ukrainian accounts.

Oleksandr Usyk reached out to former US President Donald Trump through podcaster Joe Rogan with a request to help free the Azovstal defenders and other Ukrainian prisoners of war from Russian captivity.

"Dear Joe Rogan, could you ask Donald Trump, when he appears on your podcast: if Mr. President is so confident in his influence over Putin, could he immediately help to free the Azovstal defenders and all Ukrainians from Russian captivity? Time is of the essence," Usyk wrote in his post.

A shadow ban is the practice of limiting the visibility of a user's posts on a social network without explicitly blocking them and notifying them about it. With a shadow ban, a user can continue to publish content, but their posts become less visible or completely invisible to others. The owner of X, Elon Musk, has repeatedly been accused of using shadow bans for political reasons.
