On January 28, the citizen received a notification in the 'Reserve+' service stating 'You are being searched by the TRC and the State Executive Service.' The following day, he was informed the case had been transferred to the enforcement service. This indicates that the deadline for paying the fine for violating military registration rules has passed. As Vladyslav Derii noted,

'Since you have received a notice about the case being transferred to the enforcement service, your first task is to check whether proceedings have been opened.'

It is crucial to understand that while the fine for violating military registration rules is typically paid to the TRC, if the case has been handed over to enforcement officers, payment must be made exclusively to the accounts of the State Executive Service (SES), not the TRC. Vladyslav Derii clarified:

'If the TRC has already transferred the case to the enforcement officers, the fine is paid only to the accounts of the State Executive Service (SES), not the TRC.'
