Fines via 'Reserve+': Ukrainians warned of 17,000 hryvnia penalties with a 20-day payment window.
Remote Fine Processing Through 'Reserve+'
According to Novyny.live: Ukrainian citizens can now handle fines for violating military registration rules remotely through the 'Reserve+' app, eliminating the need to visit a territorial recruitment center. The fine must be paid within 20 days of receipt.
Under martial law, the base fine amount is set at 17,000 hryvnia. The law also offers a potential 50% discount on this penalty. If a citizen acknowledges the violation of military registration rules, they can do so via 'Reserve+', which streamlines the entire process.
As Yuriy Ayvazyan stated: 'You are given a specific period within which you have the right to pay this fine.'
Fine Imposition Procedure
Territorial recruitment centers are authorized to impose fines for violations of mobilization rules. The review process for a TCC application typically takes up to three days. However, in some cases, issuing the fine resolution may be delayed by up to a week.
Vladyslav Deriy clarified: 'You have 20 days to pay the fine from the moment it appears in your app.'
The TCC also reviews fines acknowledged through 'Reserve+' within seven days. This innovation simplifies the fine processing procedure and allows citizens to avoid additional costs by paying promptly.
Introducing the ability to process fines remotely via the 'Reserve+' app marks a significant step in cutting bureaucratic red tape for Ukrainian citizens, especially during wartime. This change reduces the time and effort needed to resolve military registration and mobilization issues, potentially boosting overall compliance in this area. Users also benefit from the chance to receive a discount on their fine, which may encourage better adherence to military registration rules.
