Fines from TCC can be challenged in court: citizens win in 5% of cases.
According to inkorr.com: Citizens of Ukraine have the opportunity to challenge fines imposed by territorial recruitment centers (TCC) in court. Roman Istomin, a representative of the Poltava Regional TCC, noted that Ukrainians can defend their rights by appealing in court against those fines they consider unfair. He also emphasized that the system may have flaws due to human factors and added that in 5% of cases, citizens can win cases by challenging these fines.
Payment of fines through 'Reserve+'
Another important innovation is the ability to pay fines for violations of military registration online through the 'Reserve+' app. Ukrainians receive a 50% discount for voluntary payment, which will significantly simplify the payment process, reduce queues at TCC and increase transparency in the enforcement of the law.
Thus, these initiatives are aimed at protecting citizens' rights, avoiding misunderstandings, and simplifying compliance with legislation in the field of military registration. Challenging fines in court and the possibility of online payment can become a convenient tool for Ukrainians seeking to resolve their issues legally and quickly.
