Fines from the TCC with discounts: who and how can pay less for 'draft evasion'.
The Ministry of Defense offers a discount for paying fines
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to launch the ability to pay fines for violations of military registration rules with a 50% discount in the mobile application 'Reserve+' during June-July this year. This was reported by UNN.
The new opportunity is the implementation of the law that came into force on April 17. The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed the relevant bill that provides conscripted citizens the right to a 50% discount for voluntarily paying fines for administrative offenses in the field of military registration.
The legal basis for the implementation of the preferential system was laid back in March when the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted bill No. 12093.
This document provides for significant financial benefits for citizens when paying fines for untimely clarification of military registration data. Thus, systemic changes are taking place in Ukraine regarding the payment of fines for violations of military registration, which will help alleviate the financial burden on citizens.
