Subsidy in a New Way: Who Will Not Have Social Payments Counted as Income.

The state provides support to families who cannot independently pay the full amount for housing and utility services. This assistance is provided in the form of subsidies, the calculation of which depends on the average monthly income of the family. This was reported by the press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
The average monthly income includes various social payments, including those received by persons with disabilities from childhood. The determination of these payments is carried out by special departments in the field of social protection of the population and by the bodies of city and district councils.
According to the Procedure for calculating aggregate income, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, these incomes are taken into account when determining the right to state assistance.
However, some types of social assistance are not included in the aggregate income. In particular, this applies to the state assistance provided for the care of persons with disabilities from childhood of group I subgroup A and children with disabilities of subgroup A.
