The court session in the case of Vyacheslav Zinchenko
According to Novyny.live: The court session in the case of Vyacheslav Zinchenko, suspected of the murder of Irina Faryon, did not take place again. On January 14, 2023, a session started in Lviv, but the suspect was not brought to the courtroom. Zinchenko's lawyers also did not appear at the session due to health reasons.
During the session, the court planned to proceed to the examination of the suspect's mobile phone, but due to the absence of key participants in the process, this issue remained unresolved. The next court session is scheduled for January 22, 2023. The court decided to extend the arrest of Vyacheslav Zinchenko until March 9, 2023, which indicates the continuation of the investigation and the necessity for further examination of the case materials.
Problems of the judicial process
This situation highlights the problems that can arise in the judicial process, particularly due to the absence of participants, which delays the consideration of the case. The extension of Zinchenko's arrest indicates the seriousness of the charges and the importance of completing the investigation. The next session is expected to be a decisive stage in the case, provided all necessary participants in the process are present.
