The government launches European recovery funds by 2026: details of Svyrydenko's plan.
Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko presented the government's plan on August 18. According to this plan, by the end of 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers aims to complete preparations for the launch of European recovery funds with the participation of European capital.

During the presentation of the government's action plan on August 18, Yulia Svyrydenko announced that the first meeting of the joint investment fund with the United States would take place in early September and announced three projects over the next 18 months. She also emphasized the importance of increasing the scale of privatization, noting that this involves attracting Ukrainian experience and international expertise.
'I would also add a concession there... We need to make the right first step now. We have a number of projects ready for concession. I hope that at the beginning of September we will be presenting them. These will be infrastructure facilities', the head of the Cabinet emphasized.
