The TCCs are already operating in a 'mobile' format - how it happens.
The Deputy Head of the Fourth Recruitment Center of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ihor Shvayka, spoke about the modern mobilization process. According to him, the territorial recruitment centers and recruiting centers are already operating in a 'mobile' format.
Ihor Shvayka explained that recruiters and TCC employees reach out to candidates at concerts, exhibitions, universities. He emphasized: 'Can this be considered mobile work? Yes, this is also mobile work because recruiters go to potential candidates.'
According to Shvayka, this work requires more effort due to the lack of motivation in society. He added: 'To gather people a year ago, it was enough to have a conversation. Today, to achieve the same results, various events must be conducted depending on the tactics.'
According to Ukrainian legislation, TCCs have the right to independently organize mobile points for the conscription of citizens. Every month about 30 thousand reservists are involved in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
