According to Novyny.live: On May 24, 2023, Russia launched a missile attack on Kyiv, leaving two people unaccounted for. Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko disclosed the aftermath, reporting three fatalities and 92 injuries. The strikes hit the Lukyanivka district, with two confirmed impacts: one missile struck the 'Kvadrat' shopping center, while the other hit a local market.
In total, around 30 impacts were recorded across the capital, triggering numerous fires. Klymenko stated that the fate of the missing individuals will be determined through DNA analysis, underscoring the severity of the incident and the need for a thorough investigation.
Artillery Spotter Detained
On May 25, 2023, the Security Service of Ukraine detained a spotter who had been coordinating Russian strikes on Kyiv.
