Zelensky will not be at Trump's meeting with Putin
Journalists asked Trump why Zelensky will not be at the meeting with Putin on August 15.
'He was not a part of this. I would say he could go, but he has been to many meetings for three and a half years and nothing has happened', — said the U.S. leader.
Moreover, he was asked about a 'favorable deal' regarding Ukraine, but he refrained from answering.
Recall that Trump suggested that could end either well or poorly. In addition, the U.S. leader stated that he would try to to Ukraine.
Donald Trump refused to allow Volodymyr Zelensky to participate in the meeting with Vladimir Putin, believing that the Ukrainian leader has already gone to meetings enough times and achieved nothing. Meanwhile, Trump allowed for the possibility that the meeting could end positively or negatively and expressed a desire to return temporarily occupied territories to Ukraine.
