According to inkorr.com: In Kharkiv, on Tuesday, trams No. 6 and No. 8 will temporarily change their routes. From 9:00 to 17:00 they will not run along Saltivskyi Lane and part of Saltivskyi Ave — from Akademika Pavlova Street to Traktorobudivnykiv Avenue. This is due to the repair of the tram tracks,

reported the Kharkiv City Council.

New tram routes

Tram No. 6 will run on the following route:

  • the turnaround circle 'Kharkiv-Passenger Station' — Yevhen Kotlyar Street — Poltavskyi Shlyakh Street — Serhiyivskyi Square — Pavlivskyi Square — Constitution Square — Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue — Koshkina Street — Hryhorii Tarasenko Street — Machine Builders Park.

Tram No. 8 will move along the following route:

  • 'Odesa Street' — Byron Avenue — Morozov Street — Hryhorii Tarasenko Street — Molokhna Street — Defenders of Ukraine Square — Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue — Akademika Pavlova Street — Semihradskyi Entry — Virynska Street — Moiseivska Street — Shevchenko Street — the turnaround circle 'Zhuravlivskyi Hydropak'.

Temporary bus route

During the repair of the tram tracks on Saltivskyi Avenue, a temporary bus No. 8 will operate, running from the 602nd microdistrict through Saltivskyi Avenue, Akademika Pavlova Street, Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue, Oleg Hromadskiy Street, the 'Defenders of Ukraine' metro station and back.

The city authorities ask passengers to plan their trips considering the temporary changes and to clarify the schedule in advance.

These changes in tram routes have become necessary due to planned track repair works, which will help improve the quality and safety of traffic. Passengers are asked to be attentive and to consider the new routes during their travels in the city. The temporary bus No. 8 will provide convenient connections between important facilities, helping to reduce inconveniences for the residents and guests of Kharkiv.
