Dmytro distinguished himself with his bravery during the defense of Donetsk Airport, where he commanded a platoon of paratroopers. On the eve of their great victory, on January 20, Ukrainian forces captured two strategically important enemy artillery installations.

Today, as we remember Dmytro Taritin, we do not simply honor him as a hero and patriot of Ukraine, but we also remember all Ukrainians who fell in the war. Their deeds and selflessness will always remain in the hearts of all citizens of the country, who do not remain indifferent to military feats.
