The General Staff commented on the situation with the transfer of servicemen of the Air Forces to the infantry.
The Main Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine commented on the information regarding the relocation of aviation specialists to infantry units. According to the agency's statement, the personnel of the engineering and aviation service of the Air Forces, who service the aircraft, have not changed and will not change their subordination.
However, the army command acknowledges that there are not enough infantry soldiers at some frontline areas. Therefore, some military personnel from the Air Forces, as well as from other military branches, will be assigned to reinforce the Ground and Air Assault Forces after training.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has prohibited the relocation of specialists in high-tech fields and military personnel who have undergone training abroad using foreign models of weapons and equipment.
