The metro in Kharkiv has stopped: which routes are not working on November 9.
According to inkorr.com: On November 9, public transport in Kharkiv suspended operations due to shelling and power supply issues. The city authorities reported that the metro is temporarily closed, and a significant number of bus and trolleybus routes have changed their schedules or are not running at all.
Which routes are not working in Kharkiv on November 9
As a result of the power outage, part of the transport has stopped. According to the Kharkiv Transport Department:
Trolleybuses No. 31, 56, 57 - not in service.
Buses No. 41, 47, 48, 59, 92, 268 - temporarily canceled.
On route No. 272, intervals have been increased.
Buses No. 20, 22, 33, 57, 62, 67, 72, 99, 109, 140, 243, 273 have extended their route to Constitution Square.
Additional buses have been introduced on the routes "Industrial" - Constitution Square and along trolleybus routes No. 11 and 27.
The intervals for some trams and trolleybuses have also been increased to reduce the load on the lines.
Power supply issues and warnings
According to the Department of Construction and Road Management, due to unstable power supply throughout the day, interruptions in transport operations may occur. Residents are urged to consider alternative routes and be prepared for delays.

Kharkiv continues to face power supply problems due to shelling. The city council assures that specialists are actively working to restore stable electricity supply and public transport operations. Utility services are trying to provide the city with backup power sources to resume transportation as quickly as possible.
