According to inkorr.com: In Kharkiv, on October 27, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the tram service on Saltivskyi Highway and in Saltivskyi Lane will be partially suspended. Changed tram routes
During the repair, public transport will operate on new routes:

Tram No. 6: from the turnaround point "Kharkiv-Passenger Station" through Yevhen Kotlyar Street, Poltavskyi Shliakh, Serhiivskyi, Pavlivskyi, Constitution squares, Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue, Koshkin Street, Heorhii Tarasenko — to Mashynobudivnykiv Park.

Tram No. 8: from the turnaround point "Odeska Street" through Byron Avenue, Morozova Street, Heorhii Tarasenko, Molokhna, Defenders of Ukraine Square, Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue, Academician Pavlov Street, Semyhradskyi Entrance, Virynska Street, Moiseivska, Shevchenko — to "Zhuravlivskyi Hydropark".
To ensure transportation to Saltivskyi Highway, a temporary bus No. 8 has been launched, which will run on the route: Saltivskyi Highway (602nd microdistrict) – Saltivskyi Highway – Academician Pavlov Street – Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue – Oleg Hromadskyi Street – subway station "Defenders of Ukraine" – Oleg Hromadskyi Street – Defenders of Ukraine Square – Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue – Academician Pavlov Street – Saltivskyi Highway (602nd microdistrict).
When will the service resume
The resumption of tram service is scheduled for the evening of October 27, after the track repairs are completed. The city authorities urge residents to consider these changes when planning their trips and to use alternative routes.
Earlier, it was reported that in Kharkiv, free public transport will continue to
operate. The city authorities do not plan to cancel this benefit, which was introduced during the war. This was stated by Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov.
These measures are aimed at improving transportation infrastructure in Kharkiv. The repair of tram tracks aims to ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers. Residents of the city are urged to be understanding of the temporary inconveniences and to plan their trips in advance.
