In the Industrial District of Kharkiv, an incident occurred when an unmanned aerial vehicle crashed into a five-story residential building. This was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, on Telegram.

An incident occurred in the city when a flying machine 'Shahed' crashed into a residential building in the Industrial District. Preliminary reports indicate that the device hit the roof of the five-story building. There is no information regarding casualties so far.
On November 25, Russian troops attacked the Kyiv District of Kharkiv. The central part of the city was hit by a S-400 missile. The number of casualties rose to 19 persons, and 41 buildings were damaged. This was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv.
The mayor also stated that since February 2024, 4414 high-rise buildings and 3680 private structures have been damaged. More than half of the educational institutions have also been damaged: 134 schools out of 184 and 109 kindergartens out of 205.
According to the mayor, in October alone, 400 residential buildings were damaged due to military strikes, and over two weeks in November, 144 high-rise buildings and 22 private houses were affected.
Recently, the Russian Federation has been actively attacking Kharkiv with unmanned aerial vehicles. Several instances of Russian drones crashing into residential buildings have been recorded. This was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv.
