According to ТСН: In Kharkiv, the work at the site of the Russian shelling that took place on January 2 has been completed, resulting in the deaths of seven people.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Synegubov.

“A total of 7 people died as a result of the shelling, including a 3-year-old boy,”

he noted, expressing condolences to the families of the deceased.

It was also reported that 12 people were rescued. Emergency rescue operations lasted continuously for more than eight days.

“Thank you to the emergency and municipal services for their endurance, professionalism, and coordinated actions,”

Synegubov emphasized.

It was previously reported that Russia struck a residential building in Kharkiv on January 2. According to preliminary data, 12 people were injured.

It was also revealed that the body of a small boy was found under the rubble, who, according to preliminary information, was trapped under the debris with his mother. The deceased boy was three years old.

Subsequently, the number of victims rose to seven.

This tragedy has become yet another chapter in the chronicle of the ongoing conflict in the region.
