A woman in Kharkiv produced pornographic content - what did the court decide.

A resident of Kharkiv was engaged in the production and distribution of pornographic materials and was held criminally liable. This is reported in the verdict issued by the Kyiv District Court of Kharkiv on July 11.

According to court materials, in 2020-2021, the accused collaborated with underground 'porn studios'. In January 2021, she exposed herself for 63 dollars during a live broadcast on a website, demonstrating her genitals and imitating arousal.

Court decision

During the court session, the accused did not deny her guilt. She is unmarried and raises a son alone. The court imposed a sentence of three years in prison but replaced the actual term with one year of probation.

There was also information on the website regarding the sentencing of a woman in Kyiv who created pornographic content involving her own daughter, who became a victim of rape. Additionally, it was reported that a resident of Ivano-Frankivsk region expelled her father from her home and was punished with probation supervision.
