Today, on January 6, a tragedy occurred in Kherson when a minibus came under attack by a Russian drone. As a result of this incident, one person died and nine others were injured. Volodymyr Shum, a specialist in the ecology department of the Kherson City Council, became the victim of this tragedy. This information was conveyed by the head of the city military administration, Roman Mrochko.
The deceased Shum was a colleague of Mrochko and an active participant in public life. He worked as an ecologist and was involved in the preservation of trees in the Kherson community. It is stated that Russian terrorists maliciously killed the only ecologist in the city.
Russia constantly attacks in the Kherson region, launching explosive devices at local residents and public transport. Several similar incidents have been recorded in the last few days.
Mrochko demands that partners provide Ukraine with more air defense means and other necessary capabilities to achieve victory over Russia.
