“The fire broke out on the top, ninth floor of a high-rise building on Pivnichna Street, 28. The area of the fire is 20 square meters. The flames have already been contained, and firefighters continue to extinguish the fire. So far, there is no information about casualties,” the Kyiv SES reported.
