According to ТСН: Emergency electricity outages have been introduced in the left bank of Kyiv due to a massive attack.

"By order of NEC 'Ukrenergo', emergency electricity outages have been implemented. Scheduled outages are not in effect. Please consume electricity wisely to help stabilize the energy system," the DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks website states.

On the right bank of the capital, scheduled outages continue to operate.

Energy workers are actively working on restoring electricity and heating in the homes of Kyiv residents, focusing on critical infrastructure.

It should be noted that as a result of a combined air attack from Russia on Kyiv, four people died, and another 19 were injured. Among them, 14 were hospitalized. In some areas of the capital, there are interruptions in electricity and water supply.
