North Korea expresses its stance on cooperation with Putin and claims to deter the USA.

According to a Reuters report, North Korea acknowledged the cooperation with Russia as very effective, stating that this military alliance serves to deter the USA and their allies. A representative of the North Korean Foreign Ministry reacted to the condemnation of the decisive military cooperation by the foreign ministers of ten countries and the European Union, calling it a distortion of the essence of normal cooperation between North Korea and Russia. He also accused the USA and their allies of prolonging the war in Ukraine and destabilizing the situation in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region through their flawed military policy. It is worth noting that North Korea refrained from mentioning its involvement in the war in Ukraine and the significant losses its troops have already suffered.

Warnings regarding the global consequences of North Korea's involvement in the war were expressed by the Ukrainian representative to the UN.
