Impact on oil exports
Due to these explosions, loading of oil at two important oil terminals in the port of Novorossiysk has been suspended, attributed to the threat from Ukrainian drones. This may negatively affect the export of approximately two million barrels of oil daily through these facilities.
The explosions damaged infrastructure and oil terminals, creating a tense situation in the region and potentially having negative consequences for the economy.
Events in Krasnodar Krai highlight the increasing risks to strategic infrastructure arising from military actions. The suspension of oil exports can significantly impact regional economic indicators and stability in this part of Russia.
