Day of Mourning Declared in Kryvyi Rih on September 30.
Today, September 28, search and rescue operations in Kryvyi Rih were completed. Tomorrow, a Day of Mourning will be declared for the deceased. This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Serhiy Lysak.
According to the head of the regional administration, rescuers continue to clear the debris in the police administration building, which was damaged as a result of a terrorist act. They have already completed 90% of the work and removed 650 tons of construction debris.
“Unfortunately, due to this attack, we lost four people. Tomorrow, the city will declare a Day of Mourning for the deceased. Three injured people remain in the hospital, who are assessed as of moderate severity,” said the head of the regional administration.
Recall that on September 27, around 9:15 AM, the enemy launched a missile strike on the district police administration in Kryvyi Rih. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as a result of the attack, the five-story building of the Kryvyi Rih District Administration of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk region was partially destroyed.
It was reported that as a result of the missile strike on Kryvyi Rih, five people were injured.
Also today, September 28, under the debris of the missile-damaged administrative building in Kryvyi Rih, the body of a man was found. The number of dead increased to four.
