Deadly Attack in Lviv
According to TSN.ua: A tragic incident occurred in Lviv on April 2, when Andriy T., a 34-year-old customs inspector born in 1991, fatally stabbed Oleh Avdieiev, an employee of the Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCC). The attacker aimed to prevent his younger brother, born in 1997, from being mobilized into military service.
Authorities warn that the perpetrator could face severe legal consequences, including a prison sentence ranging from 10 to 15 years or even life imprisonment. Local officials in Lviv have called for justice to be served in this case.
“The attacker must face inevitable punishment,” stated Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional Administration.
Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi also commented on the event, thanking residents who provided information that led to the swift arrest of the suspect. This incident has sparked public outrage, with many demanding accountability for such violent actions. It underscores the tense situation in the country, where issues of mobilization and protecting loved ones have driven some to extreme measures.
