An Indian studio designed a 12-storey building with terraces and a green facade in Mumbai
Spasm Design Studio from India presented the project of a new 12-storey building located amidst the dense development of Mumbai. Its facade stands out with an unusual terracotta green ventilated facade. Bushes and trees grow on the terraces of the building, creating the impression of a continuation of the acacia boulevard on which the building is located.
The architects claim that the facade can self-clean, so dust does not settle on it. Also, the building has black spiral staircases and an elevator to move between floors.
The first two floors house garages and utility rooms, the next floors include a living room, guest bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, children's room, two living rooms, a pool and a gym. Two fully equipped bedrooms on separate floors are provided for the owners.
Inside the house, white walls with black accents and wooden finishing predominate. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the city.
